● Phone screen repair fees vary depending on which phone model you have, so choose the plan that best fits your device’s needs.
● You will need to register your device to activate your plan. During registration, you will upload one (1) image to verify your current screen is intact and one (1) image to verify the IMEI or Serial Number on your device. Screen shots are not accepted - photos must include your actual device and its screen in the images. You can register your device at techmatte.com/amPlusRegister.
● Note: Your amPlus plan is activated upon purchase. Failure to complete device registration does not cancel the plan.
● Yes, your protection plan can be transferred to your new phone as long as you register your latest device in your account.
● You may cancel your plan at any time.
● Our plan includes free, unlimited amFilm screen protectors for your registered device. If our screen protector fails to protect your device, we will offer an amount of repair reimbursement based on the plan you selected.
● All amFilm screen protectors are complimentary except UV screen protectors, which are excluded from this offer. Free screen protector can only be used on registered devices.
● You may claim up to one (1) amFilm screen protector per month (30 days).
● Each complimentary screen protector receives First Class standard shipping at $2.49. Expedited shipping is also available.
