I bought it a couple weeks ago and finally now got around too installing it on my I-pad air and when I took it out of the box it is already cracked, since it has a lifetime warranty I would like to send it back for a replacement. Please advise as to how and what I need to do to get that taken care of. Sincerely, Marj
