Adhesive failure after 2 weeks, screen protector falling off phone

I was cleaning the screen on my Galaxy s10+ this morning and the screen protector came unglued and slid off to the side. I have an Otter Box Defender Pro in conjunction with the amFilm Galaxy S10 Plus Screen Protector Glass 3D Curve to protect my phone. Figured I'd wrap my phone in as much protection as possible to protect it. Purchased on January 12th, Installed on the 14th, January 24th the adhesive fails on the screen and slides it off to the side. THEN it cracks while moving it.
