This product will damage your phone.

I recently purchased the 2 pack of elastic skin HD clear for a Samsung s10 plus from Amazon. My phone's back glass was completely cracked when trying to remove the phone from the provided mounting pad after installation (see attached pics). The adhesive on the pad was very strong which caused the damage. DO NOT buy this product unless you want to risk serious damage to your phone.

Hi, your product crashed and burned at 1.30 in the video - "lift the free end of the protector". The protector did not gracefully give/fold/lift at all, as suggested to in the video. Instead, it would not move/give/part at all until I applied a finger nail and the strength of a gorilla to separate the two pieces. Doing this destroyed the protector and rendered it unusable. This happened on both protectors! I'd like a replacement pls. One that works. Or a refund. Thanks. Barcode: AM-S10P-TPUX2 / X000QUEIHZ (Samsung Galaxy s10 Plus)
